This is a totally overexaggerated picture of a smile to demonstrate my excitement for this new path for ASD Books.
For the past two months, I have been tipping between nervous wreck thinking I have fully broken the website, to a business name crisis, to being unsure how to navigate the new direction for this journey.
Finally, I am settled!
Welcome to NAVIGATE NEURODIVERSITY (NavigateND for short)
Navigate ND is a new direction and its on a new platform - Patreon. If you have not heard about Patreon its a website - kind of like Facebook - its got the content and community - just a more close knit, easier to use platform.
I am really excited to have moved over there for several reasons:
1) No more backend at the website. Patreon has an inbuilt store and they deal with the backend making buying smooth. '
2) N more backend apps on the website - just to make everything run smoothly. It was very clunky and took a fair bit of my time.
3) I am not ever sure if the website actually worked functionally as a store.
4) I was unsure how I could expand into helping you guys more with the important stuff in life without a big mess trying to figure it out.
What is happening on Patreon?
Well at Patreon you can begin to access my products at a discounted price - this will be my main platform now.
BENFITS:
1) Easier for you to buy Regulation Resources (once I have moved them all over - which takes time as I am a one person show)
2) Easier to offer more services to you. As my time frees up in the coming months as my little man begins school I can begin to offer more coaching opportunities.

5) I have the option of expanding to create courses (I have a few ideas)

So what does this mean for the main website www.asdbooks.com?
So I have decided to keep the website as an info hub - with all the links to things I do. While you will no longer be able to purchase at the website, but you will be able to:
1) Find information about the heart behind ASD Books and Navigate ND. Who I am, what drives me to do what I do here!
2) Find the link to my podcasts page (Podcast is being revamped to Navigate ND podcast - I still have some updating to do around the place)
3) You will be able to find the Patreon information and links, and links to buying on Patreon for easy access and reference.
4) The TpT (TeachersPayTeachers) store link (prices are a bit higher over there due to them taking their "cut" for the audience) Sometimes they run great discounts.
